KLUB28 Bonus Terms & Conditions
- Introduction
These Bonus Terms & Conditions ("Bonus Terms") govern all promotional offers, including but not limited to rakebacks, reloads, cashback, free bets, and other discretionary rewards (collectively, "Bonuses") provided by KLUB28. By participating in any Bonus offer, you agree to be bound by these Bonus Terms in conjunction with our General Terms of Service and any additional promotional rules specific to the offer.
- Discretionary Nature of Bonuses
2.1. All Bonuses are granted solely at the discretion of KLUB28. No player shall have a legal right or expectation to receive any Bonus, and participation in any promotional offer does not constitute a guarantee of future entitlement.
2.2. KLUB28 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, amend, or revoke any Bonus at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice.
- Eligibility and Player Standing
3.1. Bonuses are only available to players deemed to be in good standing, which includes (but is not limited to) the following criteria:
- (a) Completion of full KYC verification as required by KLUB28;
- (b) No current self-exclusion, account restrictions, or responsible gambling flags;
- (c) No prior or ongoing investigation or finding of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse;
- (d) Compliance with all General Terms of Service, Bonus Terms, and platform rules.
- Fair Usage Policy
4.1. KLUB28 operates a strict Fair Usage Policy to preserve the integrity of its promotions. Abuse of Bonuses undermines fair play and is prohibited.
4.2. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Using minimal-risk or no-risk betting patterns to clear bonuses (e.g., betting on all possible outcomes);
- Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times;
- Collusion or coordinated betting among players;
- Misusing deposit/withdrawal patterns to exploit reload bonuses.
4.3. KLUB28 reserves the right to take any corrective action it deems necessary where such abuse is suspected, including the removal of bonuses, confiscation of winnings, and account suspension.
- Wagering and Withdrawal Requirements
5.1. Certain Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements will be specified in the promotional terms associated with each Bonus offer.
5.2. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the stated validity period may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonus Limits and Restrictions
6.1. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are limited to one (1) per player, household, IP address, or device. KLUB28 reserves the right to disqualify or restrict participation if such conditions are violated.
6.2. Bonuses may carry an expiry date or limited availability. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the player’s account.
- Amendments and Right to Modify
7.1. KLUB28 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any Bonus offer at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
7.2. All Bonus terms are subject to modification in response to changes in operational, regulatory, or strategic considerations.
8. Bonus & Fraud Policy
8.1. General Policy
KLUB28 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of Bonus Abuse or fraudulent behaviour that compromises the fairness or intended use of promotional offers.
8.2. Definition of Bonus Abuse
“Bonus Abuse” includes but is not limited to:
- (a) Engaging in low-risk or no-risk wagering strategies;
- (b) Betting on opposing outcomes (individually or with others);
- (c) Operating or benefitting from multiple player accounts;
- (d) Coordinating with third parties to exploit Bonus mechanics;
- (e) Providing false or misleading account information or documents;
- (f) Artificially triggering bonuses through deposit manipulation.
8.3. Monitoring and Investigation
KLUB28 reserves the right to monitor all account activity and investigate any conduct that may violate these Bonus Terms. During such investigations, KLUB28 may:
- Freeze bonus funds and related winnings;
- Restrict access to the account;
- Request additional documentation or verification.
8.4. Enforcement and Penalties
If Bonus Abuse or fraud is confirmed, KLUB28 may take one or more of the following actions:
- (a) Cancel any bonuses and associated winnings;
- (b) Withhold funds or balances linked to abusive or non-compliant activity;
- (c) Suspend or permanently close the player’s account;
8.5. Improper Influence and Disruptive Conduct
KLUB28 reserves the right to disqualify any player from receiving or continuing to receive promotional benefits where their conduct, whether through excessive correspondence, repeated insistence, or behaviour reasonably construed as disruptive or intended to improperly influence promotional outcomes, interferes with the fair administration of Bonuses.
Such actions may, at KLUB28’s sole discretion, be deemed to constitute a misuse of services or an attempt to obtain undue advantage, and may result in the withdrawal of Bonus privileges, forfeiture of associated winnings, or account suspension in accordance with Section 8.4.
8.6. Reload Bonus Wagering Requirement
Reload Bonuses (including Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reloads) are subject to a 1x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. This means the bonus amount must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn or transferred. For example, if you receive a $100 Reload Bonus, you must wager $100 before any associated winnings or remaining bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Failing to meet the wagering requirement within the stated time frame may result in the removal of the bonus and/or any winnings derived from it.

KLUB28 reserves the right to amend or remove any bonus at its sole discretion if it suspects abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
8.7. Final Determination
All decisions made by KLUB28 in connection with Bonus Abuse or enforcement of these Terms shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
