KLUB28 VIP Transfer – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the KLUB28 VIP Transfer Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you (“Participant”) expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Accuracy of Information

1.1 The Participant warrants and represents that all information provided in connection with the Program is true, complete, and not falsified in any respect.
1.2 KLUB28 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify any information provided and to disqualify or terminate participation where misrepresentation or falsification is identified.

2. Deposit Requirement

2.1 Approval of a VIP Transfer is expressly conditional upon the Participant making a minimum deposit of USD $2,000.
2.2 If such deposit is not made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of approval, KLUB28 reserves the right, without further notice or liability, to revoke or cancel the VIP Transfer.

3. Single Account Policy

3.1 Each Participant may apply for the VIP Transfer strictly through one (1) account only.
3.2 Applications or participation attempted through multiple accounts, identities, or any similar means shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination from the Program.

4. Benefits of the Program

4.1 Benefits, privileges, or advantages associated with the Program are made available at the sole discretion of KLUB28.
4.2 KLUB28 expressly reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend, limit, vary, suspend, or withdraw any or all such benefits. No entitlement or expectation to the continuation of any specific benefit is created by participation.

5. Use of Account

5.1 The Participant’s account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
5.2 Sharing, disclosing, or permitting use of login credentials by third parties is strictly prohibited.
5.3 KLUB28 may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate accounts where suspicious, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected.

6. Promotional and Marketing Communications

6.1 The Participant grants KLUB28 permission to contact them via email, telephone, or other communication channels regarding promotions, offers, and account-related updates.
6.2 The Participant may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions contained in such communications or by contacting KLUB28 directly.

7. Fraud and Abuse

7.1 KLUB28 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative conduct, including but not limited to bonus abuse, false identity usage, or misrepresentation.
7.2 KLUB28 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke any VIP Transfer where fraud or abuse is suspected, and may report such activity to relevant authorities as deemed appropriate.

8. Termination

9.1 KLUB28 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program or a Participant’s involvement therein, at any time, without liability or prior notice.
9.2 Termination under this Agreement shall not affect any rights or remedies accrued to KLUB28 prior to the date of termination.

9. Incorporation of KLUB28 Terms of Service

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are supplementary to, and shall be read in conjunction with, the general KLUB28 Terms of Service (“ToS”).
10.2 In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the ToS, the provisions of the ToS shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.
