KLUB28 VIP Fast-Track – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the KLUB28 VIP Fast-Track Promotion (“Program”). By participating in this Program and making a qualifying deposit, you (“Participant”) expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Accuracy of Information

1.1 The Participant warrants and represents that all information provided in connection with the Program is true, complete, and not falsified in any respect.

1.2 KLUB28 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify any information provided and to disqualify or terminate participation where misrepresentation or falsification is identified.

2. Deposit Requirements and Tiers

2.1 To qualify for an automatic VIP upgrade, the Participant must make a single or cumulative deposit within seven (7) calendar days of the promotion start date or account registration (whichever is specified in the offer).

2.2 The VIP Tier assigned is based on the following deposit thresholds:

2.3 If the minimum deposit of $2,000 is not met within the seven (7) day period, the Participant shall not be eligible for the "Skip the Queue" automatic upgrade.

3. Automatic Upgrade Process

3.1 Upon reaching the qualifying deposit threshold, KLUB28 will aim to upgrade the Participant’s account status automatically within twenty-four (24) hours.

3.2 KLUB28 is not liable for technical delays, though it will make every effort to ensure the 24-hour window is honored.

4. Single Account Policy

4.1 Each Participant may participate in the Program strictly through one (1) account only.

4.2 Participation attempted through multiple accounts, identities, or proxy devices shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate disqualification and potential account suspension.

5. Benefits of the Program

5.1 All VIP benefits, including "Total Rewards" percentages, are granted at the sole discretion of KLUB28.

5.2 KLUB28 reserves the right to amend, limit, vary, or withdraw specific VIP privileges at any time. Participation in this promotion does not guarantee the permanent maintenance of a VIP tier if subsequent account activity does not meet standard KLUB28 VIP maintenance requirements.

6. Use of Account

6.1 The Participant’s account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

6.2 Sharing or permitting third-party use of login credentials to access VIP benefits is strictly prohibited.

6.3 KLUB28 may suspend or terminate accounts where suspicious, unauthorized, or abusive activity is detected.

7. Promotional Communications

7.1 The Participant grants KLUB28 permission to contact them via email, SMS, or telephone regarding VIP updates, rewards, and related marketing offers.

7.2 Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in such messages or by contacting Support.

8. Fraud and Abuse

8.1 KLUB28 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent or manipulative conduct, including "churning" deposits simply to trigger an upgrade without intent to use the platform.

8.2 KLUB28 reserves the right to revoke any VIP status and claw back rewards where fraud or promotional abuse is suspected.

9. Termination and Modification

9.1 KLUB28 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.

9.2 Any Participant found to be in violation of these terms will have their VIP status revoked immediately without liability to KLUB28.

10. Incorporation of KLUB28 General Terms

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are supplementary to the general KLUB28 Terms of Service (ToS).

10.2 In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the general ToS, the provisions of the ToS shall prevail.
